LegalDraft for review

Cookie Notice

How we use optional analytics and advertising technologies, and how you can choose whether they load.

This is a draft. It has been structured and written to the point where only the client’s own facts are missing, and every one of those is marked below. It is not legal advice and should not be published or relied on until the client approves the completed document.

The short version

DMerchandising uses a consent banner for optional analytics and advertising technologies. Those technologies do not load unless you accept. You can decline and still use the site and request a quote.

The contact page includes an embedded Calendly scheduler. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies when the scheduler loads, and its handling of those technologies is governed by its own policies.

What a cookie is

A small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise your device on a later visit. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Most are used to measure behaviour or to target advertising.

Optional analytics and advertising

When activated, DMerchandising uses Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which campaigns lead to enquiries. These optional technologies only load after you accept the relevant cookie category.

When activated, HubSpot is used for email marketing and website tracking. HubSpot tracking only loads after you accept the relevant cookie category, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Changing your choice

Choose Cookie settings in the footer at any time to reopen the banner and change your choice. If we add another optional provider, we will update this notice before it is enabled.

Managing cookies yourself

Every browser also lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. That choice applies across websites and may affect third-party tools such as Calendly.
