DMerchandising Inc. operates this website. This policy covers the website and the enquiries that come through it. It does not cover other sites we link to, which run their own policies.

DMerchandising Inc. is located at 116 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5V 2K6, Canada.

Only what you send us. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

When you submit the quote form we receive:

• Your name, and your company if you give one
• Your email address, and your phone number if you give one
• What you are looking to make, the quantity, the budget band and the deadline
• Anything you write in the project description
• How you heard about us, if you tell us

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and you should never send them to us by email.

If you use the embedded Calendly scheduler, Calendly processes the booking information you choose to provide. Its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy and the DMerchandising account settings.

We may also collect information when you contact us by email, phone, social message, referral, trade show, event, or in person.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out the work if you go ahead. If you become a client we also hold what we need to run the job and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We only use your details for marketing where you have asked to receive it or otherwise given the consent required for that use. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

We use Vercel to host this website, Formspree to process quote-form submissions, and Calendly to provide the booking scheduler. These providers may process personal information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Production partners receive only what they need to make a job, which is normally artwork, specification and quantities rather than your contact details.

We may also use service providers that support email, customer relationship management, accounting, production, shipping, and delivery. We share only the information each provider needs to do its work. When enabled, HubSpot is used for approved email marketing and website tracking.

We keep unsuccessful enquiries and prospect records for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact. We keep client, job, and financial records for as long as needed to run the relationship and meet our legal and tax obligations. Records that support tax and accounting obligations are generally kept for six years from the end of the tax year they relate to.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Send privacy requests to devon@dmerchandising.com. We aim to acknowledge privacy-related enquiries within 24 to 48 hours and will let you know if a full response needs more time. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with the relevant privacy regulator.
